I think Prince William knows that they are only wanting to have the child baptised in the UK because of the RF and the prestige, also he is fully aware that they will more than likely record and video the event for their netflix movie, which he will not allow. Also, remember haz was supposed to have gone to the UK with a videographer in tow in September, but because he was not allowed access to any of the palaces, nothing came of it.
